Moodly operates as an out-of-network provider. Upon request, we will provide you with documentation you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Being under the control of insurance companies means they have control over your length of treatment and frequency of sessions. Insurance companies require clinicians to give you a diagnosis & share that diagnosis with them to add to your permanent health record. Basically, by not participating in insurance panels, we are able to keep your therapeutic experience confidential and you maintain control of your journey.
